Jupiter Sherbrooke

Well I tried to bring my business to Jupiter one more time, never buy anything they are over priced !! A good can of butane goes for 10 $ I am not paying 20 $ he over chargers so much on that specific item it makes you wonder if I’m buying his supply too !!

I was excited to hear that Jupiter was opening a franchise in my area as my recent visit to a new cannabis shop on 124^th Street reminded me of what is missing and frankly wrong with a lot of the shops in Edmonton. (I said «a lot» not «ALL»)
I was pleasantly suprised to see large bright open windows free of the typical kitch you find encumbering other shops fronts when I first walked up to Jupiter. I was even more suprised at the fact that in their front display was a trio of vintage style bikes that made it feel more like a gallery than a head shop when you walked in.
The shop has a refreshing open feel with bright counters, funky lamps and various glass pieces that compliment the the rest of the décor. My personal favorite was the large canvas print of «The Dude» that frames the back wall by the till area.
Jupiter Sherbrooke does not come close in quanities of product compared to other shops of its size but when it comes down to it I rather have a carefully selected range to shop from that are truely unique quality pieces rather than 10 colors of the same low grade glass pipe cluttering my view. I was hard pressed to find something in the displays that I had seen else where. There were a few similar styles but the ones at Jupiter I found I liked better and they were higher quality.
The owner Dan Barsotti is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He has an infectious energy that immediately calms and energizes you at the same time. Its refreshing to have personable help and no fear about getting the wrong information from across the counter.
I feel that Jupiter (Whyte) can be confident that their brand is in good hands north of the river and that Sherbrooke will continue to keep going strong.
After all…
I roll with Jupiter now.
