I just had Hunter Doughlas blinds installed in for my spa and so far I am very happy with them. I needed window covering that was funcional and classy looking.
Obviously, she has been in the business for a long time. She knew right away what I should and should not have. She was quick on the consultation time to do the measurement. When It was time to choose the blinds, I decided to go to her shop on the North side. There are lots of designs to choose from that fits all budget. She can come to you with sample of the products.
Also, there is Jane who works with Linh in the shop who was very pleasant and professional. She was the one who gave me a courtesy call to tell me that Linh was already on the road and would probably be a bit late for the installing time due to the bad weather (but Linh and her help were only 10 minutes late:). I like that they were professional to call me instead of letting me waiting and wondering.
It’s been three weeks since the installation. I have received numerous compliments from my clients. The design Linh chose was perfect for my spa. It gives off a sense of warmth and classiness. I am so happy with the quality of the service and product. I would definitely recommend her services for your home and business!

2016:
After two years, we still love our blinds. As new parents to a busy toddler, the shades we chose fit our lifestyle. The cordless aspect keeps it out of reach from little hands. And the blackout feature helps our baby son take naps during the day. The blinds are in tip top shape still, except for one. The one set of blinds no longer stayed up when raised. I called Linh for advice and she arranged everything for us with no questions asked. All we had to do was drop it off at her store. She sent it out for repairs. We came back and picked up our repaired blinds. Simple, straightforward and easy. That is music to any new parents’ ears. Thank you once again Linh for all your help. After two years, Linh still makes her clients feel valued.
2012:
We purchased the Hunter Douglas Duette Architella honeycomb blackout cordless shades for our home. If quality and service is what you are looking for, you can stop looking around. We did our research and had looked around other places including Do-​it-​yourself kits, but were not quite satisfied until we met with Linh. She was very personable throughout the whole transaction. I liked how we only dealt with her directly from start to finish. The shades are fantastic. The material is of high quality as with any Hunter Douglas products. If you are looking for a dark room, I would highly recommend the blackout shades. My husband works the graveyard shift, so blocking out the sunlight is priority in our bedroom. It also keeps the heat out as well. As a result, our AC bill is lower. And the cordless feature works well with pets and kids. We have two hyper active bengal cats. Linh came to our place to measure the windows on the same day we checked out her store. After completing the order, the shades only took about two weeks to arrive. They were installed within a couple of hours. But it doesn’t stop there. Linh provides the extra step for after care services via Hunter Douglas for a lifetime warranty. Thank you Linh for making our life easier! We love them.

I moved into a new home and knew that I wanted Hunter Douglas blinds. I didn’t want to go to the big box store or do it myself. After looking around at different companies, I settled with Linh. She is a small company that has been around for years, so it was nice to have personal service. She came to my home and did the measuring, and then made suggestions for what would look good and fit my budget. She definitely made some good decisions for me, as I’m not really a great decorator ha. She will do the installs herself and any warranty issues is dealt directly thru her.
