I go to this registry branch for a number of reasons — it’s close to my house, it’s not usually very busy and they have friendly and polite staff. There is plenty of parking too. I’ve only been here once where the line was too long to wait and it was on a the last Saturday of a month, so that’s understandable. I’ve done motor vehicle registries as well as corporate registries here and will definitely go back.

For years I went to the registry downtown on Jasper, why I don’t know. It’s a pain to park, there’s always a line and it’s such a small space it tends to feel cramped if there’s more than five people there. Recently I had a bunch of things to do at the registry but couldn’t bear the thought of going downtown, so I looked up other registries and found one around my area. The Northeast Registry is a bigger space, there are a lot more tellers, and so the wait was virtually non-​existent. I had to get some business forms filled out which seemed rather daunting and complicated, but a very patient teller took me through them and it was over with in a matter of minutes. I found all of the tellers to be friendly. They seem to enjoy each other and working there, and on top of that, I got what I needed to do taken care of in less than 10 minutes.
