When we walked in the girl at the till had so much attitude… She shouldn’t have been at the till at all with her disposition. Her customer service skills were lacking the moment we walked up to order and she was clearly angry about something. She kept trying to push the combo on us. My niece wanted a water and the girl at the till asked her, «tap water?» Rudely Niece said«yes, please.» She did get the water for her. That girl tried to ‘biggie size” me without my permission. Charged me for a regular when I said I wanted a SMALL. I got the girl at the grill to change it to a small and then just went back to the till… Then the girl at ARGUEDWITHME! Not to mention the girl at the girl tried to tell me at that point I got the amount of meat for a regular! Not cool! I got my change back but still, I was forced to argue with them with customers in there… What happened to Pita Pit. Not at all what I remember… badly franchised like a Subway now :(Never again. thanks but no thanks!

The standard Pita Pit location, these places are great because they allow you to have a reasonably nutritious pita filled with vegetables, and protein for a reasonable price. I don’t go to this location often, but when I do, I’m not disappointed.

I’ve been to this location probably ten times and I’ve always had great food that was made fairly quickly, even though there was usually one person running the place. I think it would have gotten a 5⁄5 from me but there always seems to be low staff here. Like I said though, great food it always fills me up.

I’ve visited Pita Pit a couple times now while I’m on a lunch break from work. The place is clean, the service is quick, accurate and friendly and the food is fresh. Awesome!

The food, as always from Pita Pit, tasted great, but just as others said, the service was awful. The people who worked here seemed bitter I was here to place an order and were hostile when I was asking for my veggies. Bah, frustrating that people like this are in the service industry.

If you stay away from junk food, and find yourself hungry and on the run, come to Pita Pit. For about $ 7 you will get the biggest wrap there is. Don’t be shy, and choose whatever you like to go into your pita. Firstly, decide on pita bread made either with white or whole wheat flour. Then choose the type of meat you would like to be present in your pita. You can choose among chicken Caesar, turkey, philly steak, tuna, and the list goes on. Then it is time to choose other ingredients for the pita. There is salad, onions, mushrooms, olives, sprouts, hot peppers, pickles, pineapple, cheese and all kinds of sauce. Whenever I am at Pita Pit, I behave not lady like, and order as many ingredients as possible. I end up with huge pita in my hands that falls apart as I eat it, and which I can’t finish in one sitting.

Pita Pit is like Subway — you get the same food no matter what location you go to. The only difference is the service. I’ve been to this Pita Pit a few times and I don’t really have any complaints. The staff doesn’t seem too happy to be there but they at least try to smile when someone comes in. I’ve never been here when it’s been busy. The only time I wasn’t the only person in there was when I had a gentleman come in after me. The guy making my pita, finished my pita and then proceeded to make the other guy’s pita behind me. Without ringing my in. Normally I wouldn’t have minded much but I happened to be in a hurry the day that this happened. I would have preferred, and appreciated, it the guy working would have finished my transaction before moving on to the next customer. Maybe that’s what they are trained to do, but I’m not a fan it they are. The food at Pita Pit is always yum-yum-yummy though!
