I came into the salon for an Updo before a wedding. My mum and I both had one, and we were both really happy with the results. My hairdressers name was Ally, and she was great! It was expensive, but I didn’t mind.

The most I’ve ever paid for a pedicure and the worst one I’ve ever received! My girlfriend and I were looking for a very relaxing high end spa experience for her birthday treat – after a day of shopping at the mall – but had an awful experience from start to finish: the staff was rude, unwelcoming, unkempt and rushed us making us feel like a nuisance! They sent us out with our nail polish still wet, and by the time we walked through the salon and out the door we had hair stuck all over our toenails! I wished I had not tipped, furthermore I want my money back, as I now have to redo my $ 125 pedicure :(I’ll give them a 1-star but only for the option of lemon or cucumber flavored water!

Terrible service for price and cut. I went here awhile ago deceived by the way it looked from the outside and the website and advertisements throughout the mall.(whoever does their marketing is doing something right) however. The stylist I had was very snotty, and so was the receptionist. I stepped in asking if they had any walk-ins available. She said yes, sit down. so, I did. And i waited for 20 minutes while watching stylists stand around gossipping. then finally one of the gossipping ones came over to me and introduced herself and we got on our way… She did not listen to what i wanted, cut my bangs way to short and didn’t even try to make small talk with me. all she did was talk to her coworker beside her. when all was said and done i paid about 3 times the amount of a decent haircut, i was actually shocked when i was at the counter. never again!

I have to agree with the other reviews. The salon itself is very sleek looking, very attractive. It grips your attention when you walk by. One day I was shopping at West Ed and needed a quick haircut so I stopped in here and wasn’t very pleased. The service isn’t very good. The people aren’t friendly at all. They seem upset that they are going to have to do some work when people walk in. The stylists are OK. They don’t do anything to really make you feel comfortable and don’t really check every now and then to see if you like what they are doing. Guys cuts are pretty simple and they didn’t do a very good job. It looks like a high end hair salon but falls short.
