Interesting store chock full of rocks, crystals, fossils imported decorations from india, asia and some native canadian type stuff as well.
Some jewellery too.
Used to be %50 off everything in the store but now only %25 .The lousy canadian $ has hurt all stores like this i guess.

If you’re into rocks, gemstones, crystals, you’ll enjoy this store. They have a huge selection of many types of rocks and related décor like dream catchers, jewelry, ornaments, etc. Lots of fun things to browse through. I’ve stopped in from time to time and I don’t find the customer service to be great as I don’t think I’ve ever been greeted or acknowledged by the sales staff. Generally there seems to be only one person working behind the till. In my opinion it seems there’s a pretty high markup on most items here, I have definitely seen the same or similar items for less in other stores around the city, but for smaller stones or items I would consider coming back to Roxx.

I became interested in visiting this shop due to a blossoming interest in stones and crystals as well as the fact other Unilocalers speak so highly of it. I have walked past Roxx numerous times prior without going in and for as long as I can remember the «25% off everything in store» banner has been hanging there. It is a great way in my opinion to draw interest from those who might not be instantly inclined to visit a store like this as well as build a loyal customer base by offering a consistent deal people are not likely to get anywhere else.
The store is huge and filled to the brim with gorgeous jewelry, home décor, and of course loose stones and crystals. While I appreciate the massive amount of stock I would have liked it better if all the stones were labeled with their name and meaning. There were a few I thought were pretty that I would have picked up had I known they would work for what I wanted them for. The staff presence in the store was also a little weak during this visit. There was no one that I could find walking the floor for me to answer my questions and while the lady at the till was polite enough I felt it odd that she did not look me in the face at all during the course of our transaction.
Regardless I would still stop in here again as I am not ruling out the chance someone called in sick that day and they were just a little understaffed. The great prices and quality of the merchandise warrant giving it a second chance.

If you’re looking for affordable gifts or something special for yourself, this is a great place to check out. There’s a huge variety and every time I visit there are new things to look at. If you’re into rocks and crystals this is the best place to check out. The staff are helpful and friendly, and their huge collection offers something for everyone.
I usually go there looking for special rocks and crystals and I always find something worth buying, even if they don’t currently have what I came in for. One of the best things about this store is that everything has prices clearly listed, which is not always the case in rock shops. There’s so much to look at here and on my first visit I spent well over an hour just looking at everything. The only disappointment is that they don’t carry much in the way of books but that said, it’s easy to get over that since what they do offer is so great.
I definitely suggest checking this place out.

I really get a kick out of Roxx. Each time I visit there are new things to see from around the world, including framed butterflies, masks, instruments, jewellery & various art pieces.
I tend to gravitate towards the rocks and similar items. Their tumblestones are very competitively priced and their larger, more elaborate pieces can be found in display cabinets towards the back of the store.
They recently reorganized and improved their jewellery and gem display case lighting and it has made such a difference. The owner and staff are always eager to chat and it’s neat to hear stories about where specific items come from and their background info.
Their schtick is everything is on sale for 50% off, all the time. Hey, it got me in the store & I keep coming back, so something’s working!
Check it out if you want to kill an hour and you’re in the vacinity of Bonnie Doon.

Roxx is all about rocks and it’s actually a pretty cool place to shop.
I don’t hoe to describe it except to say that it is full of rocks! There are hundreds of beautifully polished stones, carvings, and other products carved out of stone. It’s a very unique idea for a store. I didn’t think a store like this could survive in Edmonton but it seems to be doing well.
I would recommend going here if you are looking for a unique gift. If you need something for the person who has everything, you might find something at Roxx that he or she has never seen before.
