This is an old grocery store, and the one that I’ve always gone to, even as a kid. I love that the bakery sells fresh yeast. The staff are always really friendly and helpful too.

Sobeys is not the place I go to to buy groceries.
I was in the neighbourhood and needed to pick something up really quick so I decided to run into this Sobeys.
The reason I don’t shop at Sobeys is because they don’t have the selection or the quality that I find at other grocery stores.
They are great to have in a time of need, like mine, but I wouldn’t start coming here on a regular basis.
The staff barely spoke to me and seemed miserable. The weather wasn’t nice and I understand how that can get you gloomy, but if you’re working with people, you still need to do your job and do it well.
It was an OK experience but nothing to bring me back.
