I love this place! Amazing gallery that has recently expanded to allow more space for the art and events they have. I have attended a lot of openings for different artists and always enjoy the diverse types of art they have. The owner is a lovely lady who is also a very talented artist herself! They have showings for artists with entertainment and snacks. It’s a fun place to go to check out art.

What a great spot to see fresh local artists in a friendly gallery space. Karen and Rick are generous with their time and committed to supporting their community. I look forward to the Off-Whyte Exhibition every year. It is great to see artists from the Whyte Avenue Art Walk get their first gallery show! Edmonton is a richer place thanks to the Daffodil Gallery.

I’m no art expert. I haven’t even done the Gallery Walk along 124.(Shame on me!) But I’ve been to the Daffodil Gallery a few times on a whim. MUD Salon and d’Lish are just next door, so it’s a great detour before or after your dinner date or lovely girly day out. They have a focus on local here(meaning Edmontonians, Albertans, and Canadians) and the staff are so nice, explaining the concept behind the gallery and each of the pieces. They even have a couple of chairs to lounge about in — make sure to ask them the story behind these seats! Maybe someday when I have lots of money and lots of wall space, I’ll pick up a few pieces from this gallery!
