My friend and I come here regularly for after work bevies on a Thursday or Friday. Service has always been personable and tentative. They have amazing drink specials during happy hour (3pm-​7pm). House wine is $ 5 and pints of beer are $ 4. Very good selection of beers.
Tonight we were feeling adventurous and ordered the steamed mussels and prawns in a white wine cream sauce with garlic crostinis. Adventurous because we didn’t have high expectations of good quality seafood at an Irish pub but we were pleasantly surprised. They were so tasty! Perfectly steamed and the sauce was amazeballs. We ordered more crostinis to dip up the sauce. Yum, yum, yum!
If you stay later in the evening, sometimes a live band will be playing. If not a live band, a DJ will be. They typically play a variety of 80’s, 90’s and today’s top 40. A good place to chill and visit among friends.
Jam packed full of army guys every Friday and Saturday who wanna fight everything that moves.
