While I was sad to see the cold stone creamery options taken out I must say not having the one till devoted to dealing with ice cream purchases has really sped things up at this Tim Horton’s. The food is pretty standard fare that you would expect from any Timmies and I am happy to say I have never purchased anything from here that was inedible. The staff are friendly and some of the older ladies really do a great job of remembering their regulars. Be warned though there are a few here that don’t speak great english so don’t take it to personally if you get served by a staff member who seems to be sticking with one word answers or is somewhat quiet. Besides the fact this place is busy as sin at lunchtime and their lineup only goes in one direction despite the fact they have two doors which can cause a bit of confusion I really can’t think of anything negative to say here. Even though I have a Tim Hortons closer to home in Londonderry mall now this location is still one of my two favorites and I can’t imagine that changing anytime soon.

Dude in front of me paid for my meal! Awesome! Tim’s is the best place to do that I guess. Cheap coffee but I’m addicted, aren’t we all? :)

Good service. First Coldstone Creamery /Timmie’s I’ve seen in Edmonton. The Double Double ice cream actually isn’t too bad, taste just like I remember from back in my sugar and cream using days!

I preclude this by saying that I am not really a fan of any Tim Horton’s. I worked there while in high school and the Tim Horton’s stink would linger with me for days despite vigorous scrubbing that bordered on breaking skin. So I am not a fan of any Tim Horton’s. But this one in particular I have a few suggestions and questions. This one goes to Princess. I kid you not, that’s the«order taker’s»(can’t call her a barista) name. I do not care that«regular» tea constitutes steeped tea in Tim Horton’s land. You probably don’t steep the tea anyways. Likely it is a cleaver marketing ploy to justify a premium by making it seem like there is some bulls**t process. So please, with cherries on top, throw a bag in some hot water so that I can drink it. That is what I mean. If I want a thoroughly processed tea I wouldn’t come to a Tim Horton’s. Why is it that there is no other temperature for hot beverages at Tim Horton’s beside scalding and scar inducing? Even double cupped I could not hold the cup with hot water for tea. Seriously, must you test me to see how long I can hold the cup before I drop it? Why? Is there something I am missing with the excess heat of the water? Thanks for offering free WiFi. That’s progress! Wonderful! Now could you master the art of actually having some plug-ins for laptop computers. I realize that you are«ahead of the trend» and that soon tablets will be on par with computers in word, excel and powerpoint programs, but until then a few plugs-ins please. Much appreciated! Obviously I am biased, but you would only find me here when Jax is not open just down the street. No other options nearby. Location, location, location.

I frequent this TIm Horton’s all of the time as it is in my neighbourhood. I have only run into a few problems, normally involving Iced Cappuccinos and the ability to make one correctly with white milk! In terms of coffees, they are usually spot on. Some of the servers are the friendliest people you will ever encounter, others are friendly but speak very little english so it can be difficult to communicate. The restaurant itself is quite tidy and the workers are always cleaning up after others. This Tim Horton’s is frequented primarily by trade and other blue collar workers who are lively yet entertaining at the same time.
