This is one of the worst TH’s to try to get in and out of during peak periods. Not one of the quicker drive thru’s in the city. Biscuits are always burnt when getting breakfast

I am a daily customer at this location. I live nearby and use the drive thru about 2 to 3 times a day on my way to and from work. I drank Tim Hortons coffee long enough and tried their different locations frequently enough that i can tell a difference in the taste of coffee between locations! Not sure what causes this difference in taste or if it is noticeable to other coffee lovers but the Victoria trail location is my favourite in that aspect. Their location is convenient, the quality of clientele is better than many other locations. The mistakes in orders delivery is less frequent than other locations as well but you still need to repeat your order 3 times most of the times because the employee taking your order cannot hear you due to the loud noise on their end and you would probably struggle to understand them due to a very bad english! And like any other location you will at some point have to deal with super grumpy employees that cannot fake a smile.

Ok I know, I shouldn’t be complaining. The service is fast… almost too fast. It’s always the drive through. It never fails every time I go here(I live a block away so unless I want to hit up hermitage down Vic trail It’s close) they rush through my order and have their hand out before I even have my money ready and trying to hand me my coffee at the same time! It only happens in the morning! And they even go as far as wiggling their fingers like I’m the slowest person alive. I usually try to have my money ready, but if I don’t I feel almost belittled by the staff here. I know I’m not the only customer who gets this service it’s EVERYONE, my husband, my friends. We all have had the same issues. Like give me a break I know your trying to be «fast food» but when you’ve dropped my coffee assuming I was grabbing it when I didn’t even have my hand out yet, it’s ridiculous! Pay attention people! And because of their«super fast» drive though, they always screw up my order, drop food, and don’t even give me my change I have to ask for it. Yes I’m sorry, I want my 70 cents ok? I’m not just handing it to tim hortons just because. Anyways I’ll stop ranting but this is super annoying and to be honest I’ve been taking the drive to starbucks on manning. It’s more of a trek and the coffee is three times the price, but it’s just a more enjoyable experience.

It is just as good as any TIm Hortons, but that also means it is just as bad. Let’s face it wee all know what you get from Tim Hortons. As note to the other review; yes it is designed fora smoother flow of traffic, just not the all important drive thru. It becomes hard to go inside sometimes because of the cars blocking the entrance that are in a queue for the drive thru.

This is my favourite Tim Hortons in the city. Why? Several reasons: 1-It has a good store lay out. A middle aisle that is partitioned off is for customers to line up separates the restaurant in half. This is good so you don’t have creeps gawking over your table while you are eating — like it is at some TH restaurants. Their are lots of tables and plenty of space to walk around. 2-Big windows with lots of natural light. They also have pull down curtains you can use if the sun is too overpowering. 3-Location. As in, it’s not located in some super high traffic area that the restaurant is so conjested you have to wait 20 minutes to be served. I’ve been here many times and have never seen it insanely busy. 4-Clientle. You don’t think this is important? Try the downtown/82nd street/50th street or Argyll Rd. locations and you might change your mind. I want to eat in peace, that means not being around street people, vagrant bums, drunks, nut jobs, blue collar jerks and other riff raft. Thankfully you won’t find any of that in this Victoria Trail TH.
