This location used to be super speedy in terms of service as majority of the staff consisted of temporary foreign workers. But now that most of them have not had their visas renewed and have subsequently been sent back to their respective countries, I find the service here to be much slower and less efficient. The new workers they’ve since hired lack people skills. I mean come on, if you’re dropping off an item you grabbed from the display case to the drop off point, don’t just toss it down without announcing what it is. Common sense I would think. So you get the three people standing in the same area waiting for their order, all wondering if it’s theirs or not, and subsequenlty have to peer into the brown bag to see what it is. This happened a few times in the short time I was standing there this morning. Basically the customer service is my biggest compaint. Tim Hortons is the same in my opinion wherever you go. It’s the customer service level that can make a big difference.

Love it as it is so close to home. I hate it in the mornings though as I can’t ever get my coffee before work. Way to busy, can’t miss my train

This is a conveniently located Tim Horton’s location. Not only is it right on Jasper Avenue, but it is adjacent to an LRT station(Corona) and is in an office building. I find that their seating is much more comfortable since they renovated and that while it can get rather busy in the mornings and at lunch breaks, it is generally a great place to stop for the less busy moments. The lighting is pretty great with all the glass windows. I like the speed of service.

Best Tim Horton’s in Edmonton when it comes to quality of service, and I’ve been to a dozen across the city. Don’t let the lines fool you, the service is prompt and efficient.

As I previously said, you pretty much know what you are getting into when you hit a Timmies. They are all the same as far as product goes, so the only differentiating factor is the service. This location is SUPER busy because of the location, so it gets lined up, but they are great at moving you through as fast as possible. Unlike a few locations I’ve been to in the city — where they don’t move to swiftly or don’t work efficiently — this location is a fine tuned timbit machine.

Mmmm. That fresh baked smell of timmies in the morning is amazing. This location was recently renovated and now has a very nice and modern feel. The décor has some nice stonework and wood to give it a much more upscale and sleek feeling. This is one of the busiest timmies I have ever been to however they have an express line in the mornings for people who only want drinks. This makes it amazingly fast even if there are 20 people in front of you. I haven’t had to wait more then 5 minutes in line if I was just getting a coffee or a breakfast sandwich in the slow line.

This is one of the busiest timmies in the city. It is also maybe the fastest. I am here almost daily as its right by my work. It’s often lined up out the door, and I have never waited more than 10 – 15 minutes to get through the entire line and get my coffee. The only downside is that they sometimes put the ends of a coffee pot in my drink, which results in a burned flavor. It’s a rant I have about all timmies, and I go here often enough that I’ve asked them not to once before and now they almost all seem to know I’m wise and don’t do it to me anymore.

I stop by this Tim Hortons once every few weeks as it’s close to work. I’m glad I’m not a coffee drinker because the line up can snake in the restaurant and into the office building connected to it before 8AM. It can look discouraging when you see 20 – 30 people in the line but it moves very quickly! With 3 cashiers, I found that I waited about 10 minutes from joining the line to getting my order. The crowd at lunch doesn’t seem as long. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because the last time I went, they forgot my drink order and they served 2 customers after me before they realized their error. The service is usually better and it’s Tim Hortons so you know what you can expect for food and drink.

Canada’s staple coffee-and-donut joint is hard to critique, as it’s Tim Hortons. Everyone knows what to expect, right? At this central location, you can expect lineups practically out the door if you visit around office lunchtime. But at other times of day and weekends, the large room is peacefully quiet and can be a relaxing place to grab a quick snack — mine is usually a 12-grain bagel with cheddar cheese, or a cinnamon-raisin bagel with cream cheese. Paired with a medium double-double, you have Canadian comfort fast-food at its finest. Their egg salad sandwich ain’t so bad, either.
