I have never been to this location but a few friends wanted to meet here. First of all, the parking lot is a bit difficult to get to. You can see the restaurant no problem on 137 Ave. but you need to go through the Londonderry mall parking lot or across the Fountain Tire parking lot to get near the restaurant. It was about 5:15 and not too many tables taken up yet. Our server was friendly and quite quick in the beginning but once our food arrived, she was no where to be found. We wanted water refills and then our bills, she said she would be back but again no sight of her. Needless to say, we didn’t want to leave her much of a tip. I find the food quality is going downhill at all the Tony Roma locations. This particular evening, my ribs and chicken was just barely warm. My baked potato wasn’t hot and the cold sour cream made it taste even colder. The baked beans however, almost burnt my tongue. I wonder how the food would be if the restaurant was busier?

I had the worst dinner experience of my life at the Londonderry location. I’ve been to this location several times and enjoyed the meal. My last visit will be my last time I come to this location. First, it took 20 minutes for our waitress to greet us and take our drink order, the restaurant was practically emty. We order our drinks and meal but she came back 20 minutes later to confirm my order because she couldn’t read her own hand writting. We wait about 20 minutes for our meal and my ribeye, which I order medium rare was well done, my wifes mahi mahi was over cooked(dry), and her mother’s steak was also over cooked. The only bright spot was my father in-law’s ribs where excellant. Two of the dishes were missing side dishes and our waitress never came back to our table to ask us how our meals were. The only other time I saw our waitress is when I asked another waiter for our check. The cook(he’s not a chef) who cooked our steak needs cooking lessions. I don’t blame the cook but I blame Tony Roma’s for not teaching their cooks how to prepare a proper steak. If you go to Tony Roma’s, stick to the ribs.

Ordered for pick-up. Take-up«drive thru» service needs a bit of work. The child(tall, skinny dirty blond dude) seemed aloof just starting at the register and didn’t notice us drive up through the window for a good 5 minutes… he was sitting RIGHTTHERE. One of his co-worker noticed us and came to the window to help us but before that, possibly asking the child if he served us and this child seems to be having a tantrum and stormed off. o_O Wish I heard this so I can tell you… anyways, the co-worker who noticed us apologize for the wait and handed us our take-out order. Food was pretty good.

So I came here on Valentine’s day with my significant other in order to help celebrate the day [although every day is special imo], and did some online research on their website to find that they had a valentines day dinner for two online going for 45 $ unfortunately this location was not participating on the offer found online — regardless we came anyway to enjoy the meal. I had ordered the New York Strip — with two sides Mashed Potatoes as well as rice, The meat itself was… not properly cooked I had ordered Medium rare and had gotten rare itself — unfortunate but I do like both styles of steak so it was a minor hiccup it was still very delicious — although having a lack of choice in condiments was disappointing as well. the mashed potatoes were… Delicious — genuinely I enjoyed every bite into was quite enjoyable. The rice was just… rice without soy sauce it was regular plain ol rice and veggies, nothing really to write home to the asian counties. now onto the significant other’s meal because well — thats how we do it when we eat, i take a portion of her meal as well. She had the riblets on the menu — the riblets themselves were quite delicious I almost regret not ordering them myself given that the franchise itself prides themselves on their style of rib, falling apart on the fork and quite flavorful — will definately be coming back in the future to sample more items on their menu.

First off before I get to far into this I want to wish everyone in the Unilocal community a HAPPYVALENTINESDAY2015! :-) My hunny and I spent ours here at Tony Roma’s and for the most part enjoyed the experience. The server looking after us did a great job. She was polite, friendly, and efficient. Drink refills were always brought right away and she did stop by shortly after we dug into our food to make sure everything was tasting good. My hunny ordered the steak and while they didn’t quite get it just how he likes it he still found it to be delicious. I went with the riblets and found them to be absolutely heavenly. The meat was quite literally falling off the bone and nothing beats Tony Roma’s signature BBQ sauce in terms of flavor. The only real issue we had was the lack of condiments on the table. I would have liked to have been able to add a little extra sauce to my riblets and my hunny would have enjoyed being able to put something like soy sauce on his rice but there was nothing there. We would have asked if condiments were available to be brought to the table but shortly after we started eating the restaurant was slammed with more customers looking for a Valentines meal and we decided not to bother trying to flag down the server as she got quite busy. We were’t expecting a perfect experience as im sure this is one of the busiest days of the year for the restaurant industry so this one little hiccup didn’t bother either one of us all that much. The food was excellent and the service exceeded what my expectations were for that size of a crowd… we will definitely be going back.

Ugh… Absolutely disappointing birthday lunch today at Tony Roma’s Our server forgot to bring me my water and we waited FORTY minutes for our meal to arrive — seriously! I ordered the St. Louis Ribs & Sirloin combo with Bacon, Mac, & Cheese as my sides. My dining buddy had the Demi-Glacé Medallions, St. Louis ribs, veggies, and Bacon, Mac, & Cheese. I uploaded pics of our food :-) My steak was WAY overcooked — I ordered Medium rare and what came was Medium well — not an ounce of pink let alone red juices. But considering it took 40 minutes to come out to us it probably sat under a hot light. They replaced my steak but that took another 15 minutes and by then we were done with our supper. My dining partner’s steak medallions were excellent and I have enjoyed those myself before. My ribs were subpar as well — hardly any meat on them — pretty odd and not the norm for my dining experiences here. And even worse our Bacon Mac & Cheese was so BLAND that you wouldn’t even know A) there was any bacon in it and B) that there was any cheese?!? I am not one to add salt or pepper or seasonings of any kind for that matter to food prepared for me because I would like to taste them as intended by the chef but this was ridiculous. My dining buddy experienced the same thing — and considering they charge you an extra $ 2 for this side it was a failure. Good thing for my friend’s company because the food was definitely not worth the visit or the $ 65 price tag! Good thing I had my birthday coupon for $ 19 off but it was still an overpriced disappointment. For $ 45 we could of had a thai feast or New Asian Village buffet!

Our service was great! She was very well informed with the menu and drinks. I ordered the top sirloin-well done– with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were great, but the steak tasted bland. And I was quite confused as to why a steak house and ribs restaurant would not make a steak sandwich during dinner time? Had an alright time here.
