Top Cut Tree Service

Finally, I can rate an outdoor service with a 5 :-) Mr. Hamm, the owner of this business came in to give us a an estimate and actually stayed 30 – 45 MINUTES (yes, more than 15) and looked at the older trees (a Spruce and Black Maple, both well over 30 years old) we needed cut. He talked with us about the work that it would entail (him needing to call Epcor, us Shaw Cable so there was no risk of tree limbs damaging wire) and given the height told us he would also want his «aerial guy» to make sure it would be possible to do without major equipment. They did come and before the end of the week, we had an answer as well as a VERY reasonable quote. We also got a date, however, he was good enough to tell us that this date is also subject to the wind conditions… and on the day it was scheduled, it was windy. So, with this happening they couldn’t do the job, HOWEVER, since Epcor could be called within 30 minutes and Shaw Cable had relocated our wires, Mr. Hamm assured us that within the week he and his crew would have the trees cut and would also cut the rounds for use in a fire pit and/​or fireplace.
True to his word, within the week he was in, the trees cut and the wood piled in the yard ready for us to stack :-) We didn’t get the stumps ground for the added cost, however, having gotten 3 other quotes (2 twice as much and a 3^rd who didn’t even bother to call us back) for the exact same job I can honestly say that I would recommend Top Cut Tree Service with no hesitation… finally… :-)
