We Do Delivery

Horrible. Utterly horrible. All I want is to have some food delivered while I am not feeling too well and all I get is a horrible service from WeDoDelivery.
I have used their service in the past due to my love for curry at Nosh Café and it was alright. Today their service was utterly disappointing. My first call was hung up immaturely while this company was trying to figure things out regarding my order. I called back and no apologies were given at all. Then the person trying to take my order said «Why can’t you just order what’s on the menu?”. Downright terribly poor customer service.
Seriously? … Trying to make a simple order with this company has given me nothing but more headache and pain when I am already feeling unwell.
45 minutes later… No orders been taken yet. Clearly they do not know how to do business at all. Finally, Nosh café called and said this company do not have a driver to deliver to my location. Sorry but I am not a 5 year old. This company is terrible at treating their customer. Makes me wonder what happened to the better service in the past… Sad case
Time to take my business elsewhere.
