The times I have been through the drive through, there hasn’t been a long line and the service has been efficient and prompt. Going into the restaurant, it can be busy and service isn’t always quick. They might be short staffed at times since the tables can be dirty and not cleared for a while. But there is always available seating. The food at Wendy’s is ok and I have found the lettuce and tomato fresh. I usually get the Jr. Hamburger Deluxe or a Chicken sandwich tastes good. Lots of parking and not too busy so I’ll continue go when I want some fast food. They also open late so good to know if you want a midnight snack.

Never had problems with my orders for the few months I visited this location. The drive thru staff is very efficient.

I have been to this location many times over the past fifteen or so years. Not much has changed. Typical Wendy’s. Today the food was fresh and service was quick. Nothing stands out either positive or negative about this location. I eat here because Wendy’s is one of the better fast food chains and it is in the same parking lot as Staples and Future Shop.

I went through the drive through. It could be the speaker system, it could be the lack of a readout that summarizes my order, or it could have been that the person taking my order doesn’t have a fluent understanding of English. Or perhaps it’s all three. I asked for what my husband wanted, a quarter pounder with cheese. Then, thinking of what I wanted, I figured oh, what the heck and said, «oh, make that two». Then I asked for an order of fries. Guess what I got? A ½ pound burger with one slice of cheese and fries that cost $ 2.57 I doubt I’ll go there again without getting the person to repeat back what they think I’ve ordered.
