I needed to lighten my hair color within a couple of days before I went out of town. Brenna saw me the next day, at a time that was convenient for me.
Brenna and Jade went out of their way to make sure I understood the differences in colors and to make sure I was happy with the end result.
I am VERY happy with the highlight color.

I love going to The Retreat for my pedicures. Vanessa & Courtney are very personable & helpful. Customer service is always A+ even when phoning in for an appointment. I also enjoy being able to receive such service so close to home; it’s good to support local businesses.
