Sarmazian Bros

Well !!! after ordering a new kitchen floor for 5K we thought we would order more of the same for the bathroom. The kitchen was great but the rest of this experience was less than satisfactory, starting with their miscaculation on cement I would require. When ordering the tile ¾ of it was correct but the last case was the wrong color, then they could not reorder right away because the company wanted proof that the tile was wrong so making my 3^rd trip to Sarmazian to show them the difference they said «yeah it’s different » WHAT GENIUES ! they reordered the tile and some extra grout that I required. Now on my 4^th trip to pick up the product only to find it’s the wrong grout. They are unwilling to compensate for any time or expence of travel, I guess once they have your money you don’t exist. Shop around there is better customer care to be had.
P. S. The sales person Dana was very good to deal with and wanted to help, but the company… well say no more.
