After hearing some good reviews about this restaurant my husband and I decided to try it out and called in an order for takeout. Unfortunately it was one of worst experiences we’ve had at a restaurant in Guelph. From the rude service to the borderline inedible food it was unpleasant and we couldn’t finish our meals. I’ve have significantly better Vietnamese food at food courts. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Food is great, service is terrible unfortunately! I keep coming back for the food but I’ve decided to put a stop to this because of continuous bad experiences. I’ve had my orders handed off to other customers and I’ve been made to wait 50 minutes for a meal when I was told that it would be 15. What I found strange is that I wouldn’t receive an apology when things like this occurred. Even then, I kept coming back for the food and have suggested the restaurant to all of my coworkers and friends in the area. You would think that they would be considerate of a repeat customer. Especially if I’m ordering from there 3 times a week.

Very impressed with this restaurant. Delicious fresh food and friendly service. The restaurant is very clean and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the spring rolls, vermicelli noodles and their signature soup. The bubble tea is also not to be missed. Can’t wait to come back and try their Vietnamese subs.

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Guelph. It just opened in Feb. 2015. Everything we have tried is excellent… especially the won ton soup, the noodle dishes and the spring rolls. This is a family run restaurant and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this wonderful new restaurant.
