We stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday, so the place was quiet. I’m told breakfast is a big deal here, but haven’t been yet to verify. The lunch special corned beef on rye sandwich was decent, although we had to ask for mustard for it. Not a standard, apparently. Plus marks for using beef gravy for the poutine, but minuses for using shredded marble cheese. Thumbs up for the generous portions for the chicken fingers meal. Pricing was a bit higher than expected, $ 50 for essentially five sandwiches and pops, but generally good quality, Décor is nothing to write home about. I sure hope they add something to the beige mostly empty walls. Service was friendly, and decently attentive. Overall– good. Will return.
