I bought my computer here in March of 2012, it is still running like it was the day I got it but a little about that day.
I ordered it and when I arrived to pick it up, they saw that I had wanted for that day, not that I’d be in to pay for it. Unable to wait, they did right by me and not only put it together but brought it to my home.
That sort of customer service deserves more business and since I’ve sent two friends there. Both excellent experiences as well.

Very please with Brilliance Computers. I’ve bought a few components from them. All good experiences.
About a year ago no one in the city had was I was looking for (internal hot swap dock) and I didn’t want to wait for shipping. The guys at Brilliance actually took a component out of their workstation and sold it to me at a discounted price. Still works fine today.
Just today I went in to buy a specific SSD (Samsung 840 EVO) they had one left. I paid for it and got out to my car and checked the box. Empty, Doh! Went back in the shop expecting to just do a refund cause they had none left and they were very apologetic and gave me a free on the spot upgrade to the PRO version. Couldn’t have asked for better.
I would recommend shopping at Brilliance.
