Let’s talk about the good and the bad, shall we? The bad: prices. The majority of merchandise feels over-priced. I can’t help but assume that’s because it’s one of the few convenience stores near Dal’s main campus and they think they can(and do) get away with it. The good: selection. For a convenience store, this place has a huge selection. Huge. It’s not just«pop and chips and lotto,’ they have quite a bit of grocery and novelty items. Plus loads of junk food. It is on a university campus, after all. Somewhere in between: everything else. The store is generally clean but it’s a high-traffic place so it’s not always spotless. Staff are friendly enough. Location is, of course, one of their strong points. So it’s not a perfect store and you’ll pay more than you might like but you’ll almost definitely find what you want.
