Terrible quality shellac, bio gel, and customer service. I had a bio-​gel refill with shellac done. My nail broke 40 minutes after I left the salon. I called immediately to request a refund, which they agreed to. Upon arrival at the salon to get nail fixed, they denied agreeing to the refund. Then they offered the refund — but only if they REMOVED every nail on my hand. Absolutely disgusted at the level of disrespect and dishonesty showcased by this company.

I have been going to this place for the last year and couldn’t be happier — they are fast, really accommodating and the shellac lasts. Would recommend this place to anyone.
