Just ordered the curry goat…
Has absolutely no flavour.
Coleslaw has no dressing.
This has got to be some of the worst Caribbean food i have every eaten.
Theres nothing worse then going into a restaurant excited and then being super disapointed.
Dont waist your money here.
If its the best in hamilton then it must be the only option for this style food… because it sucks.
Its like they dont wven know what salt is.

We just moved to the area and were looking for something different to eat. This place definitely hit the spot!
We ordered the goat curry and the jerk chicken. Both dished were delicious and perfectly spiced.
The staff were very friendly as well. I am sure we will soon become regulars.

Best west indian place in Hamilton, period. And for quite some time now too. The owners and people who work there are super nice and the food is soooooo yummy. Make sure to have the doubles on Friday and Saturday. Otherwise, any of the roti and the bake and salt fish.

Love it. All of their vegetarian roti are delicious and the staff are insanely friendly and welcoming. The pricing is great and I couldn’t recommend it more to those looking for some yummy Caribbean cooking in Hamilton.

Guyanese food done to high standards, albeit very tame on spice levels.
THE FOOD
’Bake and Saltfish’ were cod filled pastries, delicious but extremely spare on the cod filling
The large roti [ less than $ 11] is enough for two adults, but suffered from too much potato filler and not enough meat. The roti itself was very nice indeed. We had the chicken, goat and chick peas variations.
THE SERVICE
Efficient and nothing to complain about.
THE ATMOSPHERE
Very nice for the genre and extremely clean and well run.
SUMMARY
The food was quite good but I wish it was better seasoned. However that suits us just fine, since my younger son cannot tolerate any amount of chili.

I think this is the best place to get roti in Hamilton. Very tasty and everything is prices very fair. Take out is great, but eating in is even better.

I can only judge in as far as I’ve only had one thing from the Ya Man menu, the Fish ‘n’ Bake, but it is always incredibly good. Never seems to take all that long when you order take-out, and it’s nice to sit and have a drink while you wait.
Overall – very good experiences at this restaurant.
