As far as Tim Hortons go this is one of the better ones I’ve been to. Costumers tend to not line up very well which can make the layout of the location seem odd but other then that it is pretty good. The staff are usually very pleasant and quick and good to remember you if you visit on a regular basis. I can actually order a ‘usual’ and they know what I am talking about. Sometimes its made before I am even in the door. There is one real issue however. I do not remember her name or would feel comfortable disclosing it on a public site but there is one darker skinned, shorter, heavier set woman with some sort of accent. Either way, if you can, avoid dealing with her. She tends to have the orders repeated to her several times and still, even then, get them wrong.
