The food was passable, I enjoyed the vegetable spring rolls. At 7 for $ 3.40 it was a good deal. However, during rush hour(presumably 6:30−8pm) the restaurant gets busy and delivery orders are put on hold. I waited 90 minutes for lukewarm food — not the best experience.

Tried he dim sum here, and would have to admit I’m a little biased since I’m used to eating in Toronto, but this place is pretty subpar in terms of the quality and freshness of the food.

Ordered pork dumplings, pad Thai and fried sweet potato. Pork was ok as was sweet potato. But not great. Pad Thai was made with a broad egg noodle and had a weird assortment of veg. I did not enjoy it. Driver was 25 minutes past the estimated delivery time.

One of the few places open late in Kingston, but quality is low. Not sure if they make anything on site, but dim sum is definitely straight out of the freezer.

Compared to GTA/SF dim sum quality, this place is definitely mediocre or even less. But given that it’s one of the very few dim sum places in Kingston and it’s open until 2AM, it’s perfect for late night out munchies! The family that owns the restaurant are incredibly sweet and friendly. Prices are really good, I’d recommend the chicken feet, siu mai and shrimp rice rolls!

After going to a late movie, a friend and I were extremely hungry. Seeing how late that Dim Sum was opened, we decided to give it a go. Our server has very attentive making sure that we had everything that we needed. The menu gave us a great choice. The ordering I found was a touch off to me. You’re given a checklist that has some of the Items on the menu, if you want something that is not put on the list, there is a small box for you to write in the ordering number of what you want. I ordered the chicken with vegetable and the pork with mushroom. Be warned, rice, noodles or sprouts don’t automatically come with what you order. I found the portions to be more than generous. I stole a few of my friend’s dim sum and I thought that they were a touch chewy(they were steamed). I actually had to bring more than half of it home with me. I thoroughly suggest Dim Sum Kingston for Chinese food!

The food is not to bad. The shrimp dumplings were good. The BBQ pork buns were a bit tasteless. Can hardly taste the BBQ pork flavour. The shrimp rice roll, was not too bad. If you are looking for the sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf, you are in for a rude awaking. It’s not even wrapped, it’s deep fried. Overall the portions was good, but lacking selections.
