When I see a sign that says«homemade ice cream» — I pretty much can’t not go inside. We tried a bunch of the flavours before settling on the Avalanche. The BF found it a bit too sweet. But I loved the combo of white chocolate chunks and caramel. It’s always great to try untraditional flavours. The girls working here are super nice.

The ice cream was good compared to say Kawartha dairy it is almost there but not quite. The yogurt as well okay and not convinced it is home made as we watched the server open the plastic package just like every other yogurt place. The place is nice clean and dead quiet looks like they need to sell something else to get people to show up. Would rate as a solid 4 star if not for the price … $ 5.60 for a small cup of ice cream sorry but that’s a bit over the top.

Really good ice cream and frozen yoghurt. I usually go with frozen yoghurt because I don’t know what half the ice cream flavors are. The names are on a board but there is no description for each flavor and you can’t see what each one looks like. For the frozen yoghurt you can combine flavors. I usually go with the classic strawberry banana. I really like the banana frozen yoghurt because it doesn’t taste sweet like candied bananas like some banana frozen yoghurts do. During the summer season the line can be hit or miss. It can be a reasonable wait or the wait can be out the door. That being said it’s worth it especially when you smell the freshly made waffle cones.

Ice cream was great(Maple walnut for me), but the cones… Oh the cones(waffle)… I usually am not a big cone person, but these were well worth the cost(which was on the higher end).
