Ran into one of the owners, Mike, while I was at reliable parts buying a new belt for my dryer. I had opened the dryer up and it looked like it might be a bit of a challenge (have to take the drum out to loop the new belt over) so I asked him what they’d charge to fix it. He estimated $ 35 labour if it was just the belt, and $ 58 more if they made a service call out to my house. It’s an old dryer so I didn’t want to spend too much on it. I saved the service call fee by bringing the dryer in to their shop and Johnathon had it done the next morning. Well worth it, I’m pretty sure I would have run into a problem trying to do it myself.

Called in the morning, was told a repairman could come today between 1 and 3. Mike called at 12:40 to make sure I was available and showed up within half an hour.
Checked out fridge and replaced relay. Very efficient and quick… bill was less than I assumed! Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again!!!
Also, the lady who took my original call was very kind and polite. Great company!

Was quoted 2 – 3 weeks and paid for delivery. It’s now almost 5 weeks and they called today trying to get me to pick it up. I told them I lived out of town and they said they’d drop it by tonight so I made a special trip 50 km to install it. No f#*€£ing part. Worst ever, avoid
