The Brick Langley has given me the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with from any furniture store. I bought multiple items including a dining room set and chairs and I was told everything would be good to go, everything was in stock ready for my delivery day which was a month and a half later and just to call a week before to confirm delivery time. I called the week before my delivery day to double check that everything was good to go only to be told my dining room set wouldn’t be ready for another month and they weren’t sure the manufacturer would have it by then either and they wouldn’t be able to give a date for when they would. No apology, basically Jackie the lady I dealt with passed the buck onto her sales agent and manufacturer. I informed her it was Christmas and I had company planned and that my dining room table was an integral part of this, had they phoned me before hand or told me the truth in the first place I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. I just got nothing but a terrible attitude back. I was told with emphasis that I can either cancel my order or wait. Straight up bad customer service, I’d recommend anyone to take their business elsewhere instead of dealing with a possible headache.

We went in today with the intentions of only getting a quote for all the appliances we needed for our new house we purchased with no appliances. We were going to go to trail appliances after to see which one was better priced. We ended up with wonderful customer service, friendly and he knew his stuff! He spent two snd s hslf hours with us, not even rushing us once and helped us pick the best for our money. Even suggesting some to expensive for its name, and giving us the best deal anyone could haven gotten. We decided not to go to Trail appliances and bought everything with the Brick. He did not treat us like customers he was trying to make money off, nor was he pushey like most sales guys and was even suggesting that if we werent taking possesion of the house right away, he would order for us to get the boxing day sale price but not ship intil we needed them. Best sales guy we ever delt with, would go back there for future purchases anytime!

We got our first furniture here when we were broke newlyweds, lol. Unlike the other poster, we were lucky to get amazing customer service! We walked out with a couch, loveseat, armchair, dining room table and 6 chairs for about $ 3,300. The quality isn’t outstanding, but it is certainly better than what we expected for the prices we paid!

I feel yucky after my interaction at the Brick today. I don’t normally shop there, but they had some neat looking coffee tables in the flyer. I dropped in, and as I was looking at a table, I asked a slaes guy how I could tell the measurements of the table. He flipped over the label and showed me the coding for it. Great thought I. I then looked at every coffee table in the place — by myself(without a sales person following me which is good) All the tables were REALLY pricey considering this is the Brick, but I noticed signs about a «buy one get one 50% off the other» deal. So I wanted to know what happens when you buy three tables, and asked a salesperson nearest to me. She said she couldn’t help me because I was«so and so’s» customer(the guy who flipped the label on the first table) but that she would go get him. I stopped her cold and said«but he is not here, and I have a simple question about the sale». She wouldn’t answer before trying to get away from me to go fetch the guy. So I said«Are you people seriously so commission driven that I can’t even get a simple answer from somebody, as I have been tagged as belonging to this particular person». She said essentially yes. I told her what I thought of the slimey atmosphere that creates and how it really makes for poor customer service and I marched out. I imagine all Brick stores have these sharks cruising around drooling like predators for commissions on cheap crappy furniture… it’s gross and not how I want to shop. Yick. Didn’t this model fail in other retailers?
