This Chatters is run by a rude manager. Poor customer service for this specific location.
I had my hair done here a few months ago and I will never return. Its so difficult to find a skilled and professional hair dresser, so its disapointing for me to add that this salon has uneducated people touching your hair.
At one point, they had an 18 year old boy, who had never gone to hair school, and had never worked with hair before in his life, DYEING my hair without much supervision while the hair dressers were chatting in the backroom eating pizza. I was very turned off by this salon.
Prepare to pay a bunch of coin for not gauranteed work or satisfaction.

Chatter is ok for a chain… but this review is more about Richard the hairstylist to the stars that cuts the hair of the men in my family.
Richard is cool… he is a very funky looking young man, and frankly a little gangsta… but my 5 year old son just adores him. He is excellent with kids, and he makes my already very hot husband look hotter and keeps him in tune with the trends. Nobody does a goatee like Richard.
Highly recommend!!!
