Unfortunately I can’t give Moore’s in Langley a good review. I went to pick the tuxedo up for my wedding and had phoned ahead to inform them that I was coming from a distance so I wanted to make sure everything was ready. I arrived and was greeted, given my tuxedo to try on and then the salesmen disappeared. I had questions for him so I tried to wave him down, he briefly acknowledged me, ignored what I said and walked away as he was helping other people and couldn’t multitask. I patiently waited, got sick of waiting (40 minutes by then), so asked someone else, I was told things like «well we have a hundred other tuxedos this weekend «we don’t have time» «it’s crazy in here» It quickly dawned on me that this place is quantity over quality. My shoes were cheap, my tux didn’t fit properly, I informed them the pants were to baggy and the answer was «it’s just the way it is» «it’s the brand» WRONG. I’ve been to other Men’s stores and had tailor made outfits etc. I’ve had the tailor cater to my needs. The service here is terrible, rushed, and the quality is cheap. Fellas do yourself a favour, don’t get drawn in by the free groom rental deal like I did, pay a little more and take your business elsewhere.

A big shout out to Vanessa at Moore’s Langley… wonderful professional warm customer service that is rare in some shops. She listened and responded with such sage advice and got me cleaned up and lookin’ better than ever and all within my budget… that’s the Moore’s I remember.

Big and spacious sales floor with rows of items neatly laid out. This place has everything you ever need for a good tuxedo. The sales Matthew has been great! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the tux, most importantly he remembers me and what I ordered, and that makes a big difference. Pricing is competitive, and they are a one-​stop shop that does everything including alteration as well.
