I dealt with PK from Diamond West when my boyfriend and I were looking for an engagement ring. The email respond to set up the appointment was quick and efficient. PK kindly open up the downtown office to us on a Sunday as that’s the only free day my boyfriend and I had. The service was very nice and professional, he understood what I want and showed me example of the CAD drawings, wax model and real samples of rings. He took the time to understand our budget and return to us with a quote with multiple options (to fit within our budget). I would definitely recommend working with PK if you’re ever shopping for any custom made jewelry.
