Indifferent customer service.
This is your standard «we hire completely inexperienced staff and give them almost zero training» grocery store. Attached to the Superstore chain but ‘independent’. Lol.
Its close to my house so I go there for small purchases but I refuse to do big trips there. Four separate occasions I have had to find items on my own when I’ve been told they don’t know if they sell it or not, and they don’t bother to ask anyone else. Ridiculous. So I’ve taken to finding the item on my own, then I go find the clerk who didn’t care and bring him/​her to the location, so possibly they can be more helpful to someone else.
The meat does not taste as good as it does at say, IGA.

Bought two sale items early in the week — cherries $ 2.98, sirloin steak — great price. Both items were so delicious that I returned to the store to buy more. While I like to shop at our Ft. Langley store, I will definitely watch the flyers to see what this store has to offer. I found the staff very helpful. Will return!

All I can say is wow in a negative way, where these owners are qualified to run a business without having customer service skills … Been in a few times all I see him doing is walking around with a poor attitude never to greet a paying customer, his Dept staff very friendly always there to help maybe he should learn from them how to treat people, although grocery and front end mgrs need alot of work. Dairy is poor dates need to be rotated, instead of walking around with a blank look maybe try working some stock. Loblaws if you want to expand on your franchise maybe train these owners in customer service. Not impressed. Kelly

I really wanted to like this new store but I had only heard negative comments from those who had been there. I decide to do my weekly shopping there this week to test it out. It was pretty dead inside as I had expected. I had not expected the troupe of immature teenagers who were the staff (I never saw more than 1 staff over 25), the expired food on the shelves and the terrible customer service. PC does make some decent product.
Overall 0 stars for customer service but 3 stars for product choice (minus 1 for expired item on shelf) so I’m giving this place ¹⁄₅ and I won’t be back.
