Great place to come and relax! Great customer service. Owner was the nicest guy I’ve ever met and tested us extremely well. Good and drinks were both exceptional!

2 points only for our server and an extra one for the cheapness but you defiantly get what you pay for here. Walking in seemed scummy and disjointed. Server was nice and prompt sat us at a table that was all sticky.
Partner ordered Cajun chicken dinner and got half a chicken breast that seemed freezer dried hard edges and lacked that Cajun spice he was looking for. He was overly disappointed.
I ordered steak and prawns… Can’t go wrong for 16 bucks I thought. The steak dinner is 13 so figured would get a nice amount of the extra three. Dollars but only got 3 shrimp. Small size so wouldn’t call them prawns. Steak cold and under cooked rice was hard and appeared microwaved, also came with a big side salad and a roasted bland potatoe. So if you are super hungry and have no taste buds and little cash this is the place for you.
We will not return here and think the owners should clean up the place and focus on good food rather than abundance of meh

My friends and I hangout at NY Grill all the time. Great atmosphere for watching the game at the bar or having a romantic dinner. The staff are very friendly. The owner is always there. The food is good too. The Butter Chicken is my go to meal. A true neighbourhood joint.

Yes, I am officially a fan. This place is seriously one of Langley’s best secrets.
There’s rarely a wait, the staff are awesome, the food is great, there is usually a drink special with many new menu items as well.
I have never had a bad experience or meal here and always enjoyed the visit.
I tried their butter chicken on my last visit and was seriously impressed. It may not be «authentic» the butter chicken snobs may say, but its the owners family recipe and I think its just perfectly how I like my butter chicken! See the picture.
Its also a big meal so come hungry!

The staff is so welcoming you will find yourself planning another visit in no time. The food is great (Ribs with garlic prawns amazing) Drinks are always cold. A true jem in Langley. I highly recommend checking this place out.

This is my second taste of New York Grill and Bistro. Previously, I ordered the New York Burger for take-​out on a lunch break. It was delicious and priced well.
Located in the «old part» of Langley across from Save-​On foods and down the street from Lee’s chicken, this place is easy to miss when driving by. Inside it’s a bit dark, but nice. Has a bit of a refurbished feel to it. The tables and chairs are what I call «old timey and sturdy» comfortable and stable.
Our server was very friendly, had a bit of a rebellious edge to her with facial piercings and all. Many people would be put off by this but I appreciate that owners allow staff to be themselves while working within company policies. I think she was new as she didn’t remember the details of the specials. This is okay because she went and checked with someone else to be sure. We were checked on frequently to ensure everything was fine.
I ordered the chicken souvlaki and ribs. Shortly after I was informed that they were out of ribs. Instead I opted for the prawns as a substitution. It arrived quickly and looked very good. On the plate was one skewer of chicken which was very buttery tasting and amazing. The four prawns were grilled with garlic butter and were pretty good. The sides were excellent. Caesar salad, rice pilaf, pita bread with tzatziki sauce, and a greek-​style potato. All of which tasted great. The dressing on the salad wasn’t the usually creamy caesar. It had more of an oil-​based feel to it. For $ 15 this was plenty of tasty food. I was happy
