The guy uses non– Pizza Hut franchise goods that are very low grade in the pizzas. I love Pizza Hut. That is why I drive to Coquitlam to have pizza and avoid the one in Langley

Ordered online and it came promptly. I usually order dominos but I thought what the heck lets do something different! I was super disappointed that it was insanely greasy and it arrived luke warm. I get its take out but I’ve paid less for pizza elsewhere and enjoyed the product more. Always used to eat Pizza Hut but I feel the quality has gone downhill. Not only was it greasy but I found the pan crust didn’t seem to be 100% done and the pepperoni appeared over cooked. For what I paid was not worth the amount of food I got and quality. Ordering elsewhere from now on!

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE. I tried to order the $ 5 deal. I wanted 2 med pizzas. 1 was Hawaiian and the other supreme lovers (I wanted to sub a few toppings) the total was $ 24 WITHOUT subs, I asked to take off Italian sausage and beef and mushroom and add ham and red pepper. Now I’m taking 3 toppings off and putting 2 back on. I get the new total and its $ 29. I tried to explain to the girl on them phone that it shouldn’t cost another $ 5 for 1 less topping but she was rude and interrupted me more than once. So I hung up and we ordered DOMINO’s.

Honestly, I love pizza hut but this location is junk. I did half/​half wings and found hair in my chicken wings in one half so I showed it to the lady and she took it back and was apologetic. And that was the end of it. I never got any chicken wings back or anything… and on top they asked me to pay the full price for the wings. After pushing some logic into their heads, they knocked off half price of the wings.
I still continue to eat Pizza Hut but not in this location anymore.

The Pizza Hut crust has gone downhill sadly… It’s probably because they’re trying to be more healthy… This used to be the go-​to place for classic grease wheels which had a deliciously crispy bottom crust… now it’s just a flat bland gluten-​fest of blaaaah.

Pizza is about cheese on a nice crust and this restaurant is a fail, fail, fail. The pizza’s arrive with bald patches where there is no cheese, the cheese doesn’t even go to the edge, it stops 2 inches from it. The pizza they serves does not look like the pizza they advertise which shows lots of cheese that when you lift a piece away forms delectable gooey strings. In fact when you pull a slice out there are not strings of cheese as there is hardly any cheese. Even you ask for extra cheese you still have bald spots, that isn’t pizza!
