Sposa Nails

I was really pleased with my pedicure, especially for the price. I called and made an appointment but I could probably have walked in. They seated me right away. The place looked very cleaning and the services included: mani/​pedi, haircuts, and waxing. The chairs were comfortable and the massage was nice. My pedi turned out great and my technician gave me a great leg and foot massage. Def recommend this place.

I was so excited to get a pedicure done here, I thought $ 30?! Great deal. Well was I ever wrong. The lady who did my pedicure was SO rushed. I had an appointment but I ended up getting ignored for 20 minutes while my feet were in warm, and then later cold water. She did an awful job. Felt like I got ripped off paying $ 30 for that quality of service. Won’t be going back. Note to staff: If you’re busy, say so… don’t accept appointments only to rush and do a shitty job.

I’m surprised this place has high reviews! The worst place I’ve been to by far. My nail place was booked for the day so I looked up a salon with good reviews and went here. The girl was very rude, nails uneaven and she cut me. Within 24 hours all my nails were chipped. I went back and got them fixed and she told me that color chips. (Why do they have it out then?) I then chose 5 more and finally found one that she said would be okay. 3 days later they chipped off. I called in to say I can’t keep getting them replaced and I’m going to another salon to get them fixed and would appreciate some of my money back because I have to pay more now. She said no problem. I drove down there (30 min away) and she argued with me for 5 minutes. Saying how it’s unfair to give me money back and that it’s my fault. I’m not rough with my nails I get them regularly and they last 3 weeks to a month. She then threw the money my way and told me I’m lucky that her manager isn’t it. Such rude service I’m appalled don’t send customers to your store and then argue with them!

Went in for a mani pedi with a girlfriend and was not overly impressed with the results that I left with.
The shellac polish on my fingers didn’t come right down to my cuticles and when I put my hands under the dryer… it felt like my cuticles were burning. When I mentioned this to the nail tech she didn’t do anything about it!
Also I got regular polish on my toes and when i looked at my toes an hour after leaving the polish on my big and pinky toes was bumpy and tacky and didn’t look like it had set properly.
The staff didn’t seem to chat with their clients but talked amongst themselves.
My friend was happy with her nails, however I don’t think I will be going back here.

I have been going to this spa for more than a year and I am there almost every 2 – 3 wks. You would think they would care about me being regular! It didn’t seem that way, few days ago I went after delivering my babies, and they all know that I had hard time and currently taking care of 2 new-​borns, so I do need some good care and service. I wanted pedicure and manicure. They started working on me 15 mins after I arrived. She started pedicure first even though they knew I wanted manicure that will require me to stay and wait for it to dry (she was pushing shellac but I didn’t want it), you would think they will do manicure and keep it to dry while I get my pedicure done. Anyways, when she seemed that she was ready to put lotion on my leg, i asked her if she removed the dead skin on my feet, and she said I didn’t need to! After I got back home, my feet was just as harsh as it was and I had few dead skin that were sticking out and every time i step on my feet it would hurt, so I had to redo my feet at home. After she applied polish on my toes, she left me and went to someone else!!! again they knew I have limited time, instead of going to someone else, she could have started my manicure. She didn’t say anything like oh I will go and do this and be right back or whatever! she just left. After 10 minutes, I look at the time and it is already over an hour and I only have half pedicure done. and no intention to start my manicure as if I had the whole day to sit and wait for them to finish their other customers and then come to me. I had same issue happened to me previously but I never wanted to bother and write a review but now it was just too much! I just left and she didn’t even finish my top coat because she didn’t tell me that she didn’t finish my pedicure and yet she charged me full price! It is very disappointing. I hope they can figure a better way to treat their regulars. Also it would be nice if they had asked me about my time before they make the assumption that I had nothing to do at all and I have all day to sit in the spa! I am sure they can be better but they definitely have lost me! I had few bad nail experiences there so I had my limit with them and will be finding someone else to do my nails for me! If they keep doing this, they will be loosing quite a few of their customers. It seems that couple of my friend also had same experience

Went here with my bridesmaids. We all got Mani and pedis. Very affordable, great nail designs. Our nails turned out perfect and lasted a very long time. Definately will be back to get my nails filled. Nice massage chairs for when they are doing pedicures :) very relaxing atmosphere :)

I love Sposa nails! Hong & the girls are amazing. The one element that makes me go back every time is their level of customer service. The prices are reasonable and they have a great colour selection for their shellac polishes. I’m glad I’ve finally found a nail salon that does not let me down.

This is by far my favourite places to get my pedicures. The owner Hong is who I always see and if she’s not there when I’m wanting an appointment, I always wait till she’s available. She is very nice and great at what she does. I’m always satisfied with how my toes look in the end. She does a great job at painting them; they’re always shiny and clean looking. Her massages are always nice and relaxing because I loveeee foot/​leg massages.
Overall, they have great service here. They always remember your name and they treat you like an individual, not a number. I always leave this place happy.
