I was on my way to work and dropped by this Starbucks to buy three beverages for myself and two coworkers. I went to the drive-thru. There were about six cars in front of me. It took 15 mins for me to get to the speaker, place my order, pay for the drinks and pick them up. It was my second time to go to a Starbucks drive thru to buy a drink. The first time I had to wait for 15 mins for my order/drink was at Queensborough Landing. This one on 200th street and 72nd in Langley was also bad unfortunately. The customer service was very poor. There was no apology for making customers who waited for a long time. Starbucks wouldn’t give a discount or give away free snacks for compensation. The drinks were okay, but the wait and bad customer service made me rate this Starbucks so low. Sorry!

I’m reviewing for Dec 3AM in particular because the barista who helped me at the drive-thru window was super friendly and I received great customer service from him. I’ve been through this drive-thru many times, and each time I’ve had a great experience. No complaints.

I do like this Starbucks. The parking lot is a little awkward to get into and out of but other than that, I like the simple spacing right when you get in the place. There isn’t too much seating, but it’s a clean location on the way to or on the way from a number of places which makes it convenient.
