Appetizers were meh. Sunimono made with seasoned rice vinegar(eeeeww). Tempura undercooked and mushy batter. The sushi was however the saving grace and yummy! Fresh and well made!

First time here. Many people were leaving the restaurant as my gf and I walked in. It looks like we came there at a good time after a big lunch rush. There was a lineup at the debit machine where the server was helping customers finishing up, so we decided to grab menus ourselves and find a clean table to sit at. I ordered the appetizer sashimi and the red dragon roll. My GF ordered the yakisoba as she always does since it’s the one of the few things that she will eat at a sushi place. The food came out relatively quickly and looked gorgeous. The yakisoba came out sizzling. This place definitely puts a precedence on presentation. My sashimi was fantastic. Cold and fresh tasting. 9 slivers of heaven. And the red dragon roll was spicy, delicious and filling… although I still had a bit of room to steal some yakisoba from my GF’s plate. She ordered it with a spicy sauce on the side and mixed it in with the noodles. Again, it was delicious. This place was very close to getting a five stars for me. The only exception was that many of the tables that were empty had dirty dishes on them from the big lunch rush. We were there for half an hour and the tables remained dirty for the entire time. Nobody seem to make it a priority to clear it up. It’s always a little unappetizing to look at dirty plates, dirty tables with leftover half eaten food on them. Also, we were sitting beside a divider and the divider was pretty greasy and stained and looked like it could use a good cleaning. All in all, we will be back to try some more.

The sushi here is really good. I love the red dragon roll, the hot crunchy roll and the salmon avocado roll with cream cheese. They are usually pretty quick except if it’s really busy. There is an awesome lunch special too with a roll, a choice of tempura etc and miso soup for $ 11. Definitely recommend it

The sushi here is good quality and if you dine in they have a lovely set up inside, complete with private booths… something you don’t find in other sushi restaurants in town.

Ok, but nothing stood out. Miso was very salty, and very expensive… $ 34 for lunch for 1 person …
