The staff is friendly, but I had a bad experience. One of the women was cutting my hair. She wasn’t that pleasant to deal with. She was a little rough on the edges and lacked manners. Once she finished cutting my hair, I noticed holes. She blamed it on my salt and pepper hair color. It was obviously mistakes and she didn’t acknowledge them, she just basically blamed my hair. She was pretty rude and I won’t be going back.
