The person I dealt with was friendly with lots of personality. She was a people person and was fun to talk to. The hair cut was a great success and it was exactly what I wanted. There were no mistakes at all. The reason I didn’t give it higher than 3 stars is because it would have been nice if my hair was washed prior to the hair cut. My hair was full of gel when it was cut. Other than that, it was good.
