I was up in London for 2 weeks for work and the Hampton Inn is my company’s hotel of choice. After a long and boring 6 hour drive, we walked in and were greeted by the front desk people who were very nice and welcoming to us Americans as we checked in.(I loved their accents) The rooms are very cozy and clean, with no sign of bed bugs. The beds were great and the WiFi was petty good too. They did have 32″ TV’s, but the channel selection was limited and they’re was no HD. :-/I had a sight issue with slow sink and shower drains in one of my rooms, but it was just a minor annoyance. I told the front desk and they had maintenance come fix it while I was at work. The hotel had a small gym with a treadmill, elliptical, and weight machine, and an indoor pool. The breakfast bar was good, but nothing spectacular. It consisted of standard breakfast fare like cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurt cups, fresh fruit, a waffle iron for DIY waffles, oatmeal, and hot items that varied throughout the week. The options consisted of sausage patties, Canadian bacon(aka ham), mini omelets, scrambled eggs which were a bit dry and had a weird texture, but I ate it nonetheless… I’m not picky. They had OJ, cranberry juice cocktail, apple juice, 2 different coffee strengths(regular and extra strength, and decaf). The lady working the breakfast area was very nice. The location is great, with a ton of restaurants within walking distance, and a Walmart close by do I could be with my people. Tony Roma’s was a nice surprise, since all of the franchises in Cleveland had closed up years ago. All You Can Eat Ribs, baby! On the company’s dime! :D Moxie’s Grill is also highly recommended… Great food and gorgeous women to serve you! Oh, and downtown London is only a 10 – 15 minute drive as well. Overall, the Hampton Inn was a great place to stay during my 2 weeks in The Great White North, but since my company is closing the plant up there and moving production to a company in Mexico, I don’t think I’ll ever be back.

Stayed Friday and Saturday night for hockey tournament. $ 119/night very good value considering they offer a free continental breakfast which is very impressive: oatmeal, cereal, eggs, waffles that you cook yourself, bagels, excellent coffee and tea, juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, sausage patties, muffins and also various baked goods, etc. we were a family of 4 and eating elsewhere for breakfast would’ve been expensive. Our only complaint is that the plates and cutlery are plastic and there is no recycling for that; they should consider using stainless steel cutlery and ceramic plates. The hotel itself is very clean including our room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful. Free wifi. Beds are comfortable & lots of pillows! Bed sheets and DUVETS are cleaned daily! The hotel is right off Highway 401 and very close to White Oaks Mall as well as several restaurants off of Wellington Street. Indoor pool included. We would definitely stay here again!

Hampton Inn, in London, ON. I have to say, it was one of the better Hampton Inns I have stayed in. The breakfast in the morning was impressive, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and I wasn’t even disturbed too greatly by the 27,281 children running through the hotel due to the youth baseball tournament in town that weekend. They took it in stride. I always recommend Hilton properties. I find they tend to be some of the best lodging experiences and locations.

Stayed at this hotel overnight for a medial appointment at the hospital down the road. Gave us a hospital discount which saved a few bucks! Clean hotel, excellent and friendly staff. Excellent hotel choice.

I’d not consider staying anywhere else when I’m in London. A great value, and even more important staff that care! Clean, friendly, convenient, what else can you ask for?
