I always go for Simon here for hair cuts — super cheap around $ 15 just for a cut, no tips needed!
Admittedly, his cuts aren’t amazing or over-​the-​top, but they are decent and presentable; and definitely great for the price. It’s usually better to get it cut a week or two in advance just so you can touch up anything if needed afterwards.
He does what you want and is pretty friendly and nice. I know Mr. Gu and Patrick are also decent at cutting hair, although I’ve never tried them out. Simon takes Tuesday’s off but call ahead and be sure he’s there.
