DNS means Danny N’ (and) Steve, the 2 owners who opened the shop initially. It now has changed its name to Danny’s BBQ because Steve has left the business and Danny took over the entire store.
The BBQ pork that they heat up for you is because it gets cold when its hung on the rack. Microwaving it would make it hot for you if you were to eat it immediately. Just to be convenient for a customer to be eating their foods hot instead of cold.

I have no idea what DNS means? Maybe some one can enlighten me…
But DNS Bbq is located in New Kennedy Square and it speciality is Hong Kong Style BBQ.
BBQ Pork and Duck ($ 5.00 with 25 cent surcharges because I want duck) was A-​OK. I was surprised to have got a thigh and the duck meat was moist and flavoured.
Something strange was they put my order through the microwave before giving that to me? Just to heat up the food. first time for me at a Chinese BBQ!
The sight of 3 huge pigs getting ready to be send to the oven was such a photo ops that I would not have miss!
