We have been coming here for ages now. We are here everytime we’re at the food court. The drinks are nice and for $ 2.50 inc tax, they are fantastic value. We usually get the fruit flavoured green teas with tapioca. The tapioca is usually soft and cooked through. I prefer that to undercooked and hard tapioca. The staff are all lovely at this place. I came here first and have never tried another bubble tea place because it’s great here and we’ve had no issues with drinks. We’ve had their dessert crepes a few times too. They are ok for a quick dessert. They have a loyalty stamp card too. Buy 7 same priced drinks and get the 8th for free.

It’s cheap, but the milk tea bubble tea here just tastes average. The lady working there was super nice though, and they also have a stamp card here, but there’s different sections for different priced drinks so if you get a $ 2.50 drink you get a stamp towards a free $ 2.50 drink. Not bad. It’s not amazing though and I’m willing to try other places here at 1st markham place. Maybe the next time, I’ll try their avocado shake and see if my rating for this place changes!

My favorite bubble tea place inside First Markham Place Foodcourt, their juice is freshly made… one of my favorite is Watermelon Juice, you guys should give it a try.

I have ordered various beverages from Fruitti Mix before. I recently ordered a lunch item which triggered this review. Fruitti Mix offers a few lunch items, and they are around $ 5 — $ 6. They all come with a regular hot beverage(add $ 1 to change to a cold beverage, or $ 1.5 to a bubble tea). Today I ordered the Pickled Vegetable with Minced Pork on Rice. The pickled vegetable and minced pork was premade, and it tasted okay. The rice was a little bit dry, so I asked for additional soy sauce. The portion was decent, yet it could be small for a man of big appetite. I requested a hot lemon tea for beverage, and it was of better quality than the soy drink/soup offered by other vendors at this food court. For me, I find the food acceptable and a $ 5 combo a good deal. I will return to try the other lunch items. The Green Curry Chicken on Rice looks good.

3.5÷5, +.5 for service After coming here a few more times, I can confirm the first time I ordered here was a one-off incident. Service has improved so much here that the owners memorized my order and try to add other perks to it too. The iced lemon tea with tapioca is still my standard bubble tea order for this place, and I’m still satisfied with it given the $ 2.50 price(and let’s be honest… Magic Fusion can’t make an iced lemon tea drink to help themselves these days). They recently added curry beef and fish balls for $ 1.50 to their menu, in which you get nine pieces. I’ve had that a few times and surprisingly they actually taste good! I’ve officially ditched Tasty House for this stall, not because one tastes better than the other, but my dad and I have built a good connection with them in which they know exactly what we want, what they offer is of good value, and Tasty House is simply too busy these days.

I was unimpressed with my one and only experience here. I ordered a small lychee milk bubble tea with tapioca. All their small bubble teas are $ 2.50, tapioca and taxes included. So the price is awesome, but the taste was not. The tapioca pearls were too soft and mushy. The lychee flavour was really lacking. And the drink tasted unusually rich(which I suppose some people might like, but I do not). There are lots of other bubble tea places in the First Markham Place, so I will likely try one of the other ones the next time I’m there.
