I had a very good experience at L’oro. The staff were excellent and the service exceeded my expectations. They have a really nice and clean showroom with a good assortment of products. The staff are there if you need them and extremely helpful. Good prices, great staff, and overall an excellent experience. The current staff at L’oro Markville are the greatest asset to this business.

Worst jewellery store ever. I spent over $ 3000 on a watch the owner asked me to use a different credit card to save money on his fees. 8 months after purchasing it i took it back for warranty work for a simple screw that broke. I called them back after two weeks when i heard no response they told me they needed a few more days. They finally called me and told me they cant order the part in one but in bulk and it would cost $ 120. I went to pick up my watch that night and the jeweller(owner) was rude with me and started fighting told me to get out of his store and we don’t need your business. STAYAWAY! Absolutely horrific experience.

I guess this comes with most jewelry stores, but all their employees are badly trained and not knowledgable on any of their products. They are quite snobby to, just stand around talking amongst themselves. Today I went in with my father and he’s a big spender on watches looking at yet another Omega watch to purchase. We were trying to get information and prices but the ladies ignored us as if we were not there. Once we were helped they just talked back to us as if we were idiots. I was trying to find a Pandora charm for the bracelet I was buying and the lady rudely said to me that I shouldn’t have described it the way I did because it made her job very hard. Then made a snarky face at my father and I. I will NEVER buy any of my Pandora things from here ever again. They are SO rude and snotty, even after spending $ 395 on this bracelet I feel queezy knowing I gave business to such rude people.
