Peoples Jewellers

I bought a ring from this people they convinced me to open people jewellers credit card with No payment and No interest for 1 year. Time to time they send statements which say Payment due «0» past due «0» I thought I will pay later since I have one year no payment no interest. At one year I paid it off in full. After 10 days they send me statement saying I owe them interest for the entire past year. When I called them they told me I was late making payment for 25 days. This is the way they manipulate buyers so that they can collect interest from them. This is totally manipulative approach. I will never shop with this company.

This jewelry store is located in Markville Mall and owned by Zales in the United States (also owns Mappins). I like going here for average to quality jewelry (depending on how much you’re willing to spend), there is tons of parking!
The store is quite nice and pretty big. It sparkles when you go in ! The jewelry is quality made, I’ve boughten rings, necklaces and earrings here. The staff are pretty nice but can sometimes be pressuring because they work on commission and can be a bit nosy.
If you end up not liking whatever you purchased, there is a 100 day guarantee I’ve never had a problem with, which always comes in handy.

— serve people quickly when needing help.
— lower their prices a little (it seems like it’s only worth it during a sale of some kind or else their stuff is overpriced but that just seems like every store these days)
— let people think and make decisions without pressure or stress.
