Three Owls Optics

The Chinese community has an abundance of optical shops, eyewear has become an important fashion accessory. Three Owls Optics is one of many optical shops located at First Markham Place.
While the store seems pretty small, they have all the big brands and have a large selection of styles to suit your taste, if they don’t have it in the store, they’re likely able to specially order it.
I have been a frequent visitor of this shop for about 10 years and the owners and staff are all very friendly, helpful, and also very knowledgeable. My prescription was quite high and they suggested a thinner lens so to not look clunky on my face. It all sounded like they were just trying to get the most money from me, but while it was costing more, they saved me money elsewhere, finding me the best deal.
Almost all my orders were completed within the week. Pick up was easy and quick. They gave me all the care instructions, and gave me everything I needed, glasses case, cleaning cloths, and even contact lens eye drops.
I brought a few friends back to this shop and have receive the same courteous treatment. They let me come back to get all the glasses adjustments I need and provide official receipts for insurance claims.
It might deter you to come in because they do get really busy sometimes, but I swear it’s worth the wait and the wait is never too long.
While there’s no shortage of optical shops in all of the Greater Toronto Area, this is the only shop I go to.

Skeptic when I first walked in but was immediately approached by a smiling associate named Kay. She was very patient and offered me many choices with no pressure in making a decision. She explained why certain frames work better for my face shape and how Asian Fit is something I should look for if I choose to try on frames from another location. Unable to make a decision, I checked out other stores but the service Kay provided won me over. She ordered a pair of Chloe frames because they didn’t carry that style and offered me a great price. It was a very relaxed and friendly experience. Highly recommend!

Three Owls Optics is one of the numerous optical stores inside First Markham Place. I don’t know why I ended up coming here but I always walked by and the store always been busy.
We were greeted and a sales associate came over to assist us right away. After trying on numerous frames, we decided on the frame we liked and the order was put through with no complication.
Service here is fast and friendly. Pricing is reasonable.
