I was extremely upset to read Jessica R.‘s review. Daniel at Twin Bytes was recommended to me by a friend who was using his services for all his business computers. He was extremely pleased with Daniel’s work. I met with Daniel alone regarding my extremely bad computer virus. He was courteous, knowledgable and professional. Daniel also gave me a quote for the work that needed to be done. As it ends up it took much longer to fix the problem with my computer. Daniel stood by his quote and didn’t charge me extra. He also installed some programs for me free of charge. I have had no computer problems whatsoever since Daniel did the work. I had no concerns when meeting with him and would highly recommend him to anyone who has computer problems. He knows his stuff and is definitely not a scam artist in any way shape or form!!!

This guy is creepy.
He sat in his chair and ogled my friend and I, as we tried to explain our computer problem to him. He sounded like a used car salesman when he tried to sell us his service. Truthfully– it sounded like a total SCAM.
He went on to tell us that we should tell all of our friends about him as he was offering «free service» to women in February… NO WAY!
We took our machine and got out of dodge as quick as we could.
Avoid at all costs. Look elsewhere.
UPDATE: April 4^th. I have received a note from Unilocal– saying that «someone has claimed the review to be untrue». Well– here is the link to TwinBytes February «coupon» :
Odds are he will try and delete the coupon, so I have kept a screen shot.
I stand by my experience– avoid this place at all costs, especially if you are a woman!
