I used to purchase bags from them for my Miele. They started selling the knock off bags instead of the brand name bags which I noticed were of inferior quality. Further I found that the their customer service from both Joe and his wife was spotty. They both have an attitude. That coupled with the fact that I saw Joe on tv at a rally supporting Rob Ford — did me in. Any person who supported that moron of a crack-​head doesn’t deserve my business. I now deal with Markham Vacuum and an totally satisfied with their customer service and knowledge.

Bought a Canavac central vac with bag 3 years ago; installation was good but within 6 months the handle of the hose broke in 3 places. When we called the store the first thing they accused us of was abusing the unit. How does one even abuse a hose? Sales are available 6 days a week but service is only available 1 hour on a weekday and only if their service guy is there. That sounds like amazing service. So we duct taped it. Finally the thing broke to the degree that it was unusable so we went back to the store, told we must have dropped it (what? it can’t withstand being put down a little roughly? is it that delicate? I’ve vacuumed for years with my parents’ central vac and never had a single problem) and were sold a replacement for $ 250. Should have done our research, the hoses are much cheaper elsewhere. These guys won’t take returns now and stand by the product saying the other stores sell cheap overseas knockoffs but their is ‘made in Canada’. That implies it should be higher quality, but it can’t even withstand normal use. The guy who sold us the replacement hose was NOT nice either. Very disappointing.

Got the central vacuum installed from them. Was very quick and no problems till now after a year. It was a canavac 675 ls with bag.
