Initially I had a similar experience with many of the negative reviews, but they definitely delivered after I got in touch with them. I made an order and had a lot of difficulty with communication. In their defence it was around the Black Friday season, so things were busy. After a couple weeks of frustration I started to really get on their case and that’s when they made a very thorough apology. In fact they expedited the process and hand delivered my products immediately. They were very professional and always quick to return a call after the initial blip.

I don’t get the previous negative reviewers at all, but to be fair I purchased from them in person. Richard was very helpful, even after my purchase, he helped us troubleshoot some extraction problems(our fault, not the machine) They sell all the best brands and prices were better than Amazon, nuff said Oh, and their on-site roasted beans are pretty damn delicious too, I got some that were produced that very day I will return for sure

I have been ordering online for more than a decade and this shop just blows my mind. My online order wasn’t looked at for 10 days and I had to call and then It was processed and I was charged. Nothing happened for another week –no email updates– and I had to call. Somehow the order wasn’t put in initially even though my credit card was charged. It was then finally shipped. It didn’t stop there. the shipment was missing an item –surprise!-. I had to call for the 3rd time. I then received an email stating I got the shipment AFTER I have already explained to them that I did receive the shipment but it was missing an item. I had to call 3 more times asking for it and every time they say they will ship it and nothing. It’s been a month and nothing. A discount happened the day after my order was shipped and I asked for it. They were kind enough to say they will provide me with it but I never got it –of course. what did I really expect at this point?-. They seem like nice people but they have to be a bit more efficient with the online ordering otherwise they will easily lose to the competition. Customers simply can’t spend that much time doing their job for them. Summary: –If you love wasting your time dealing with a shop that does not ship or process an order for weeks for no reason and then ship with some of the items missing then this is definitely the place for you.

NO. NO. NO. DONOTORDERFROMTHISCOMPANY. I ordered a coffee french press on december 2014, which I never received. I have waited a month until I have to contact them to ask what’s going on. No email, nothing, to inform me that they were out of stock of it. But what’s most surprising is that you can still order it in the website! I have been waiting for my refund since 2 weeks and that guy Preston Wyatt just keeps telling he will take care of it, yet I am wondering if I will ever get my refund. I feel scammed!!! Don’t do business if you can’t do business. I would rather spend more money and get a good service.

Pretty amazing experience ordering from these guys — their website is excellent and the whole transaction goes through seamlessly. Haven’t checked out their showroom as everything I did was online(ordering from their Ontario location for shipping to Vancouver). Their price was much more competitive than anything I found in B.C. I picked out the machine I wanted(Breville dual boiler 920ES) and found a great price on their website(thanks to Slawek and Pawel). I changed my mind a day later(changed extended warranty to adding new grinder) and all I had to do was email them — they quickly changed it and added grinder to order so that they could ship together. Ordered on Friday, changed order on Saturday, both shipped on Monday. Can’t say enough about them — this is how to run a business. They answer emails ASAP and are very solid people to work with. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Nicely done guys!

I find myself compelled to write a review regarding this vendor. I have no experience with them directly, as they seem to refuse to answer the phone, never mind follow up on voice mail. At this point, I’m poised to spend $ 4500 but have not been able to communicate with anyone from this shop. If nothing else, I will take from this that its a blessing in disguise as I’m guessing their post sale customer service is of the same calibre.

My experience with after sales service was terrible. I ordered a grinder, which shipped the next morning, and was in my hands the next evening, but the hopper was broken(the packaging was undamaged, so they sent it out like that) So I called them, and they said they would send me a new unit if I email in a complaint with pictures. So far so good… except then I never head from them. Got one guy on the sales line a few days later, and he indicated he had heard about my case, but couldn’t do anything about it… and then they wouldn’t even answer their phone. A new hopper was finally shipped when I ended up faxing them a notice saying that I would dispute the charge with the credit card company if they did not replace — but never any call, no email, no acknowledgement of any kind from these guys. Neve do business with them!

Finally decided to bit the bullet and get a proper espresso setup. After visiting a few shops in Toronto and a lot of online research I found idrinkcoffee… The owner here is very active in the coffee enthusiast community and if you drive out to Milton to check out his showroom, he’ll gladly spend hours talking about and demonstrating every machine they have. As far as price goes, he’s willing to match anything you find online or in any other shop. As a plus they do some great on site coffee roasting, definitely would buy here again.

Without a doubt, if I had the need for more coffee equipment this is the store I would buy it from. But sadly they have already filled that need and exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I had a Saeco espresso machine for years that I used and abused on a daily basis for nearly 10 years in a row. It worked consistently every day requiring only $ 0.50 in parts after 8 years of daily use. Tragically my tastes for espresso drinks had evolved far beyond the quality of this machine. Even to this day, this machine keeps soldiering on. It simply refused to die, so it’s now found a better home with the in-laws. I did some research and discovered that the type of machine I wanted was best NOT purchased from the local dealer in Toronto because they have a horrible reputation for woefully inadequate customer service and mis-representation of used/demo equipment as new. So with a few quick internet searches I found this place. I sent them an e-mail about the machine I wanted(with a competitor’s sale price) and they said they would gladly match it, but I should wait because that company was about to revise the machine to make it better and cost less. They made me a deal I simply couldn’t refuse and now I’m the proud owner of a fantastic machine. In summary I simply can not say enough good things about this place without sounding like a crazy person.
